Breezy Coin is a utility token built on the Solana blockchain, created to enable cost-efficient, frictionless payments for short-term rental (STR) cleaning services. It functions as a prepaid credit system, allowing users to lock in discounted rates, bypass traditional payment friction, and simplify service management.

BZC is not an investment or speculative asset and is strictly tied to real-world utility within the Breezy ecosystem.

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction);
• You are not subject to economic sanctions or restrictions under any law;
• Your access or use of digital assets and blockchain services is legal in your jurisdiction;
• You are not accessing Breezy Coin from a country prohibited by law or regulation.

• Breezy Coin is solely for STR cleaning service payments.
• Fixed redemption value: 1 BZC = $1 in services.
• All token purchases are final and non-refundable.
• No staking rewards, profit-sharing, or passive income.

• Pay with fiat, crypto, or other supported methods.
• Discounted rates represent prepayment savings.
• Redemption is limited to approved service providers.
• BZC may be held in non-custodial wallets. Not designed for speculative trading.

• KYC may be required based on usage and jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and wallet access. Breezy is not liable for unauthorized use.

Breezy Coin's value is tied to real-world services, not market speculation. Stability mechanisms may be implemented to maintain its $1 value. If disruptions occur, we'll provide notice and redemption time.

• BZC is not a security or investment vehicle.
• No voting rights, equity, or legal ownership of Breezy Labs.
• Roadmaps and marketing projections are not guaranteed outcomes.

• No illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• No misrepresentation or malicious smart contract use.
• No IP violations or regulatory breaches.

Breezy Labs owns all rights to the Breezy Coin brand, contracts, applications, and website content. You're granted a limited license to use the platform as intended.

Cleaning services may be delivered by vetted third-party providers. Breezy is not responsible for their actions. Try to resolve disputes directly with the provider before seeking arbitration.

• We may modify, restrict, or suspend the platform at any time.
• Tokens may be frozen if associated with fraud or illegal activity.
• Advance notice will be given when possible.

• Solana network performance may affect usage.
• Loss of wallet/private key access is your responsibility.
• Regulations may change your rights or access.
• Platform depends on external provider availability.

• No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
• Our maximum liability is the total BZC you purchased in the last 12 months.
• All services are provided "as is" without warranty.

These Terms are governed by Tennessee law. All disputes will be resolved in courts located in Nashville, TN.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material updates will be posted on the platform or sent via email. Continued use implies acceptance.
