These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BreezyPay platform, website, applications, and any associated services, operated by StayBreezy. By accessing or using BreezyPay in any capacity—whether as a customer, user of our cleaning services, or third-party partner—you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not access or use BreezyPay.
BreezyPay is a payments and invoicing platform created to enable cost-efficient, frictionless payments for short-term rental (STR) cleaning and maintenance services. It allows users to book, invoice, pay for, and manage cleaning services through supported payment methods, simplifying service management for hosts, property managers, and cleaning providers.
If you or your cleaning company connect a QuickBooks Online account, BreezyPay accesses QuickBooks data (such as customers, invoices, and payments) solely to provide the service — creating customers, issuing and synchronizing invoices, and recording payments. Your use of that connection is also subject to Intuit’s applicable terms, and our handling of QuickBooks data is described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect QuickBooks at any time to revoke access.
StayBreezy owns all rights to the BreezyPay brand, applications, and website content. You're granted a limited license to use the platform as intended.
Cleaning services may be delivered by vetted third-party providers. BreezyPay is not responsible for their actions. Try to resolve disputes directly with the provider before seeking arbitration.
These Terms are governed by Tennessee law. All disputes will be resolved in courts located in Nashville, TN.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material updates will be posted on the platform or sent via email. Continued use implies acceptance.
