BreezyPay Technologies Inc. (“BreezyPay”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides software solutions for short-term rental (STR) cleaning companies, vacation rental operators, and property management companies (PMCs). This Privacy Policy explains how personal and business information is collected, stored, processed, and secured when you access our web application, mobile interfaces, or financial automation tools.
By registering for an account, accessing our cleaning scheduler, submitting field inspection reports, or processing financial settlements through BreezyPay, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, as well as data automatically generated through platform activity:
- Account & Profile Information: Name, work email address, company name, phone number, physical address, and user authentication credentials.
- Property & Schedule Details: Property unit names, addresses, access instructions (e.g. smart lock codes), turnover calendar feeds (via PMS / iCal sync), and reservation timeframes.
- Cleaner & Staff Data: Cleaner contact information, assigned schedules, clock-in/out timestamps, and photo inspection submissions.
- Billing & Invoice Data: Property manager invoice amounts, line-item service fees, payment receipts, and Stripe Connect account IDs.
3. How We Use Your Data
We utilize the collected information strictly for operational and product delivery purposes:
Scheduling turnovers, notifying cleaners of assigned jobs, and verifying photo checklist completions.
Generating property manager invoices, computing cleaner payroll timecards, and syncing ledger records.
Calculating real-time gross margin, property-level profitability ratios, and generating automated financial briefings.
Preventing fraud, enforcing account access controls, and maintaining compliance audit logs.
4. Payment & Financial Data
BreezyPay utilizes Stripe Inc. and certified merchant banking gateways to process card payments, property manager ACH debits, and cleaner direct deposits.
BreezyPay never stores raw credit card numbers or full bank account numbers on our servers. All sensitive financial tokens are securely vaulted in PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant environments maintained by our payment partners.
5. Field Photos & Geolocation
When cleaners upload photo verification reports or complete timecard check-ins, the platform may process image metadata (including timestamps and optional geo-location data) to verify that inspections were conducted on-site during the designated turnover window.
These verification photos are securely stored and shared exclusively with the operator and associated property managers via the verified service inspection report link.
6. Data Sharing & Sub-processors
We do not sell, rent, or monetize your operational data. We share data only with authorized sub-processors necessary to run the platform:
- Cloud Infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (AWS) / Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for encrypted data hosting.
- Payment Rails: Stripe Connect for payment processing and instant ACH cleaner disbursements.
- Transactional Messaging: SendGrid / Twilio for automated schedule notifications and invoice reminders.
7. Data Retention & Security
We retain your account records and financial ledger history for as long as your account remains active or as required by applicable tax and accounting laws. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3, and all stationary databases are encrypted with AES-256 standards.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to request access to your personal data, export your operational history in standard formats (CSV/PDF), or request deletion of your account. Requests can be submitted directly to compliance@breezypay.com.
