• Identity and business verification (KYC/AML) providers
• Our payment processors — Intuit / QuickBooks Payments and Stripe
• Accounting systems you authorize us to connect, such as QuickBooks Online (see “QuickBooks / Intuit Integration”)

Payments on BreezyPay are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant third-party processors — Intuit / QuickBooks Payments and Stripe.

• Card and bank account details are tokenized directly by the payment processor. BreezyPay does not store your full card number, full bank account number, or security code (CVV) on our servers.
• For saved payment methods, we retain only limited, non-sensitive information — such as the card brand, the last four digits, the expiration month/year, and a processor-issued token used to reference the method.
• Funds are settled into the cleaning company’s own payment account. BreezyPay does not hold or move your funds; it orchestrates invoicing and payment on the company’s behalf.

Our handling of payment card data is designed to comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

When you or your cleaning company connect a QuickBooks Online account, BreezyPay accesses and uses QuickBooks data solely to provide the service.

• We access QuickBooks data such as customers, invoices, and payments in order to create customers, issue and synchronize invoices, and record payments.
• We request only the permission scopes needed to provide these features (accounting, and — where enabled — payments).
• We use, store, and disclose Intuit data in accordance with Intuit’s applicable requirements and this Privacy Policy. We do not sell Intuit data or use it for advertising.
• You can disconnect QuickBooks at any time from the settings screen, which revokes our access and stops further data retrieval.

• To provide, maintain, and operate the platform — including creating and collecting invoices and processing payments
• To verify identity and meet legal, tax, and payment-provider compliance requirements
• To communicate service updates, receipts, and legal notices
• To analyze performance and improve the product and user experience
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents
• To fulfill our legal and contractual obligations

We do not sell your data. We may share information with:

• Service providers: payment processing (Intuit / QuickBooks Payments, Stripe), identity verification, analytics, hosting, security, and communications
• Your connected cleaning company and, where applicable, the property manager an invoice concerns
• Regulatory or tax authorities, as required by law
• Affiliates and partners, for cross-platform services with your consent
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer

All third parties are required to protect your information and use it only for the purposes described.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, improve your experience, and analyze traffic. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, accounting, and payment-provider obligations. Invoice and payment records may be retained for the periods required by applicable law. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.

Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a child without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

Our operations are based in the United States. By using BreezyPay, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States and in jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
